Avocado Coconut Toast

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 slices of bread, preferably whole wheat

  • 4 tsp of J & Jay's Coconut oil

  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced

  • (Kosher) salt and pepper

  • Red-pepper flakes

  • 1 lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Toast the slices of bread until preferred crisp

  2. Spread the J & Jay's Coconut oil on one side of each slice of bread with about 1 tsp per slice

  3. Evenly add the slices of avocado to each slice of bread and season with salt, pepper, red-pepper flakes.

  4. Squeeze a bit of lemon on top of each slice

  5. Serve up to 2 people

TIPS

  • Add more infused coconut oil or substitute regular coconut oil depending on desired dosages

  • You can mash the avocado and spread it on each slice instead of eating whole slices

  • Add additional seasoning based on preference (e.g. garlic powder)
