Garlic Butter Shrimp

Enjoy succulent shrimp bathed in a rich garlic-infused butter sauce, promising a burst of flavor with every indulgent bite!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined

• 4 tbsp cannabutter

• 4 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

• Optional: Red pepper flakes for heat, lemon slices for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Ensure the shrimp is peeled and deveined, before patting dry with a paper towel. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat before adding minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

  3. Add the cannabutter to the skillet and increase the heat to medium-high. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque.

  4. Once the cooked through, drizzle the fresh lemon juice over them and toss to coat. Taste the shrimp and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary.

  5. Transfer the Garlic Butter Shrimp to a serving platter. (Optional) Garnish with red pepper flakes for extra heat and lemon slices for serving.
