Greek Dressing

Experience the Mediterranean with a Greek Salad perfecting blending blend crisp veggies, tangy feta, and zesty dressing to offer a refreshing meal!

INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 cup cannabis-infused olive oil

• 3 tbsp red wine vinegar

• 1 clove garlic, minced

• 1 tsp dried oregano

• 1/2 tspd ried basil

• 1/2 tsp dried thyme

• 1/2 tsp dried parsley

• 1/2 tsp dried dill

• Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, dried parsley, and dried dill. Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.

  2. Gradually whisk in the cooled cannabis-infused olive oil into the dressing base. Whisk continuously to emulsify the oil with the other ingredients.Taste the Greek salad dressing and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Transfer the Greek Salad Dressing to a jar or airtight container. Cover and refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

  4. Serve the chilled dressing over a classic Greek salad consisting of crisp lettuce, sliced cucumbers, ripe tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives, and creamy feta cheese.

TIPS

• For a dairy-free option, substitute the feta cheese with crumbled tofu or a dairy-free cheese alternative.
