INGREDIENTS

• 4 salmon fillets, skin-on or skinless (about 6 oz each)

• 4 tbsp cannabutter

• 4 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

• Optional: Lemon slices for serving, chopped fresh dill for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. If the salmon fillets have skin, pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides of the salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the cannabutter over medium heat until the butter is melted. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

  3. Add the olive oil and increase the heat to medium-high. Add the seasoned salmon fillets to the skillet, skin-side down if applicable.

  4. Cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it is cooked to your desired level of doneness. The salmon should be opaque and flake easily with a fork.

  5. Once the salmon is cooked through, drizzle the fresh lemon juice over the fillets and toss to coat. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the salmon for garnish.

  6. Serve on a serving platter. (Optional) Garnish with lemon slices and chopped fresh dill for extra flavor and presentation.

TIPS

• Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad to complement the rich flavors of the salmon.

• If using frozen salmon, ensure it is fully thawed and patted dry to prevent excess moisture during cooking
