Garlic Butter Pasta

Savor the simplicity and elegance of our Garlic Butter Pasta, featuring al dente noodles tossed in a rich, buttery garlic sauce for a quick and irresistible meal!

INGREDIENTS

• 8 oz (225g) pasta of your choice (such as spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)

• 4 tbsp cannabis-infused butter

• 4 cloves garlic, minced

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

• Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

• Optional: Red pepper flakes for heat, lemon zest for freshness

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta, reserving about 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water, and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.

  3. Add the cannabutter to the skillet and stir until melted and well combined. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce until it is evenly coated. If the sauce seems too thick, you can add a splash of the reserved pasta cooking water to loosen it up.

  4. Season the garlic butter pasta with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and toss to combine.

  5. Garnish the pasta with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness before serving. (Optional) sprinkle red pepper flakes over the pasta for extra heat and lemon zest for a burst of freshness.
