Popcorn

Get your snacking on with this infused Popcorn, which is the perfect medium to enjoy a crunchy and savoury snack with a touch of sweetness.

INGREDIENTS

• 1/4 cup of popcorn kernels, or 1 package

• 2 tbsp of cannabis-infused coconut oil

• Salt to taste

• (Optional) nutritional yeast, cheese powder, or other seasonings

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of cannabis-infused coconut oil over medium heat in a large pot.

  2. Add a few popcorn kernels to the pot. Once they pop, the oil is ready.

  3. Add 1/4 cup of popcorn kernels to the pot. Cover with a lid and shake occasionally.

  4. Once popping slows, remove from heat.

  5. Pour popcorn into a large mixing bowl. Add salt and optional toppings. Toss to coat evenly.

  6. Serve while hot and enjoy!

TIPS

• If cooking using a package in the microwave, simply add the infused coconut oil and toss to evenly coat

• Experiment with different flavors like Parmesan cheese, chili powder, or cinnamon sugar for a unique twist

• Store leftover popcorn in an airtight container to keep it fresh and crunchy

• To prevent burning, remove the pot from heat as soon as the popping slows to a few seconds between pops
