Mixed Berry Smoothie

Refresh and energize with our Mixed Berry Smoothie, a delicious blend of vibrant berries and fresh flavours for a nutritious boost to your day.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

• 1 ripe banana

• 1 cup coconut water (or regular water)

• 1 tbsp cannbis-infused coconut oil

• Optional: Honey or agave syrup for sweetness, a splash of orange juice for extra flavor, or a handful of spinach for added nutrients

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash your mixed berries and fruits. Peel the banana and break it into smaller chunks.

  2. In a blender, combine the mixed berries, banana chunks, coconut water, and add the cannabis-infused coconut oil. (Optional) Add any additional ingredients like honey, syrup, or juice at this stage.

  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add more coconut water as needed to reach your desired consistency.

  4. Once blended, taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or flavor if necessary.

  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses. (Optionally) Garnish with a few extra berries on top for a pop of color.

TIPS

• For an extra creamy texture, add a scoop of Greek yogurt

• Use frozen berries to create a thicker, more refreshing smoothie without needing ice

• Incorporate a tablespoon of chia seeds or flaxseeds for added fiber and omega-3 fatty acids
