Spaghetti & Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of dried spaghetti

  • 1 can of Ragu sauce

  • Pre-cooked Meatballs

  • 3 tbsp of J & Jay’s Infused Olive oil

  • Medium onion, diced

  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp of sugar

  • 2 tsp of black pepper

  • 3 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Parmesan Cheese (fresh or powdered)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare the pasta by following the instructions on the spaghetti package to cook the noodles.

  2. Prepare or heat up the meatballs according to the instructions on the box.

  3. Dice onions and mince the garlic.

  4. In a pot add 2 tbsp of J & Jay’s infused olive oil on medium-high heat. When the pot is warmed up, add onions and garlic, then cook until fragrant.

  5. Add the canned tomato sauce and add 1 more tbsp of J& Jay’s Olive oil. Bring to a boil then put to a medium-low heat to simmer.

  6. Add prepared meatballs to the sauce and add 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese.

  7. When the Spaghetti is cooked add the noodles into the sauce mixture, and mix until combined. The sauce can also be served on top of the spaghetti noodles. Top with parmesan cheese before serving.

TIPS

  • Add more cannabutter or substitute regular butter based on desired dosage

  • Use fresh Parmesan as pre-shredded Parmesan won’t melt properly and will make the sauce grainy.

  • Don’t overheat and do not allow the sauce to boil. If the heat is too high it will cause the sauce to separate and become clumpy.

  • Best served fresh, be sure to prep pasta ahead of time if serving with pasta
