Garlic Butter Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup of J & Jay's Cannabutter

  • 1/2 cup regular butter, softened

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp garlic salt

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp ground paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small bowl add the J & Jay's cannabutter, regular butter, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese.

  2. Season with garlic salt, Italian seasoning, pepper, and paprika.

  3. Mix until the ingredients are smooth

TIPS

  • Add more cannabutter or substitute additional regular butter based on desired dosage

  • Layers may separate if left to sit, mix before use.

  • Add a squeeze of lemon juice to add a flavour of zest.

  • Can be used with many recipes including steaks, garlic bread, pasta, stir fry vegetables, roasted potatoes, salmon, shrimp, etc.

  • Can be stored for 2 weeks in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer.
