Homemade Guacamole

A creamy, zesty dip infused for a truly elevated snacking experience, perfect to complement any meal, snack time, or game day

INGREDIENTS

• 3 ripe avocados

• 1 small lime, juiced

• 1-2 tbsp cannabis-infused olive oil

• 1/2 cup diced red onion

• 1 small tomato, diced

• 1 cloves garlic, minced

• Salt and pepper to taste

• (Optional) 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped for heat

• (Optional) 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a large bowl. Use a fork to mash the avocados to your desired consistency. You can leave it chunky or make it smooth, as your preference.

  2. Squeeze the fresh lime juice over the mashed avocados. This adds flavor and helps prevent the guacamole from browning.

  3. Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of cannabis-infused olive oil over the avocado mixture. Stir well to combine, ensuring the oil is evenly distributed throughout the guacamole.

  4. Stir in the diced red onion, diced tomato, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro if desired. If you like some heat, add the finely chopped jalapeño.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning until the flavors are well-balanced.

  6. Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or as a topping for tacos, burritos, or salads.

TIPS

• Serve immediately to enjoy the freshest flavor, or cover tightly with plastic wrap touching the surface to prevent browning.

• Squeeze extra lime juice just before serving to enhance the zesty notes and keep the guacamole vibrant.

• Experiment with add-ins like diced mango or roasted corn for a fun twist on traditional guacamole
